iPhone Version 1.1 Submitted to App Store, Call for Suggestions

April 11th, 2009  •  By Nate

Version 1.1 of the Read It Later iPhone App has been submitted to the app store review process.  If all goes well, I would expect it to be available in about a weeks time.

Here are the changes:

  • Support for PDF, DOC, XLS, and PPT Files
  • Better Edge performance
  • Fixed crash for users with firmware 2.1 and below
  • Fixed a syncing issue
  • Fixed an issue affecting some user’s passwords not working
  • Fixed scrolling to top issue if you tap the location bar too many times

Call for suggestions for 1.2

Version 1.2 is already under way and I’ve been taking in a lot of user suggestions.  If you have any suggestions on how to improve Read It Later on the iPhone, please make a post on the support page.

Thank you all for the support in these early days.
